Intensive seminars, usually run over two or three days, that enable participants to review and clarify their personal and professional goals and use creative problem-solving techniques to plan how to achieve them.

PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT & ASSERTIVENESS
Suitable for mixed groups or women-only groups. Can be run as a taster workshop or as one, two or three-day seminar, or as a course run over 6 - 10 weeks.
The objective of the courses is to motivate, empower and facilitate participants in learning and applying the principles and related techniques of personal and professional development and assertiveness training in order to improve communication skills and to increase confidence and self-esteem.
